Since graduating in 2016, Estelle has worked in country public health and aged care, and has a high level of experience in wound and routine care. With her gentle touch you can trust that your feet are in good hands! She has then worked in private practice, progressing her biomechanical skills in injury rehabilitation.

Estelle enjoys a variety in her Podiatry clinical work. She takes pride in tending to the little details in her routine nail care clients and loves the relationships formed over time with her loyal clients. She loves the challenge of breaking down someone’s foot pain, whether it’s an overuse injury or an acute injury assessment and watching their journey of improvement as they take on her advice. She has had foot injuries herself in the past (bunion pain, sinus tarsi syndrome, tib post dysfunction and peroneus longus tendinopathy), which she believes gives her a personal empathy and understanding of her clients’ pain.

Estelle specialises in treating the foot and ankle. Her areas of expertise are foot pain, ankle pain, and sports medicine issues. Estelle is keen on providing evidence-based treatments and is continually striving to improve her skill sets by participating in courses and workshops.

Estelle also has a Certificate IV in teaching Mat Pilates which has helped her approach to exercise prescription and viewing the body holistically. She is also trained in Foot Mobilisation and Dry Needling.

Estelle is dedicated to doing her bit to improve the profession and has created an online learning platform, called The Gait Movement for Podiatrists and other Allied Health clinicians which is all about gait analysis.

Outside of work, you can find Estelle trail running or at the gym; down the beach or by the river in summer. Estelle loves keeping fit and values maintaining strength and healthy life style. If she had more spare time she would love to go back to learning piano, rock n roll dance and German, or start learning Spanish.
