Dr. Hawra Alzamely, BPod, brings the country’s most current concepts in podiatry – foot and ankle care to her practice in Adelaide. She is member of the Australian Podiatry Association and Sports + Exercise Podiatry Australia.

Growing up in Gatton, Queenland, Hawra attended Queensland University of Technology (QUT) where she graduated with honours while receiving a Bachelor of Podiatry. She is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine.

After completing her degree, Dr. Alzamely settled in Adelaide to begin her foot and ankle practice.

Our podiatrist, Dr. Hawra Alzamely, BPod, specializes in the treatment of the foot and ankle. Her areas of expertise are foot pain, ankle pain, and complex biomechanical issues. Hawra is keen on providing evidence-based treatments and is continually striving to improve her skill sets by participating in courses and workshops. ​

Dr. Alzamely uniquely combines a strong sense of community with world-class training and expertise. Her warmth and genuine care for her patients is reflected in the compassion and communication she provides to those under her care.

Hawra is proud to call Adelaide home. When not taking care of patients, she spends time with her young family. Quite often you’ll find her booking a weekend getaway to Queensland.

She and her family believe strongly in giving back to the community and take an active role in their charity, community, and children’s many activities. You’ll find her volunteering at the Adelaide Marathon and often walking with the Heart Foundation Walking Group. She also runs free children’s foot health assessments at the local schools and childcare centres.
